As a courtesy to all our clients, our system will automatically send out a confirmation email to everyone with a scheduled service. This reminder email is generated 36 hours prior to your appointment. We ask that you confirm your appointment by clicking on the link in the email. Please ensure that you have entered your correct email address when booking your appointment online. If, for whatever reason, you do not receive an appointment reminder, you are still responsible for arriving on time to your scheduled session.
Your appointment is reserved for the time slot chosen. If you arrive late, we will make every effort to accommodate your full session, but please be aware that your service time may be shortened to avoid delays for the next scheduled guest. You will be charged the full value for your session.
All services are reserved with either a credit card or gift certificate. When we reserve a service for you, we secure your therapist and turn away anyone else looking for a service in that time slot. Because of this, all cancellations require 12 hours advanced notice. If you cancel your appointment with less than 12 hours notice, you may incur a $60 charge. Cancellations due to circumstances beyond your control are handled on a case by case basis. Chronic problems with cancellations will require a client to pay in advance for services.
Anyone who does not call to change or cancel their appointment AND does not show up at their scheduled time, will be charged the full amount of their missed session before they are able to book another appointment. The amount will be charged to the credit card you used to book your appointment.
Our prices do not include tax or gratuity. Upon checking out, a 4.5% NYS service tax will be added to the total price of your service. If you so choose, you may also include an amount of gratuity for your therapist. Staten Island Massage & Wellness reserves the right to change our prices or modify any of our services at any time without prior notice. All payments are expected to be made by the end of your scheduled appointment. Payments are accepted in the form of cash, credit cards, & debit cards.
Gratuity is not included in the price of your service. If you enjoyed your service, we ask that you show your appreciation to your therapist. Please be aware that tipping is not required, but it is greatly appreciated.
All gift certificate sales are final. Any gift certificate purchased for either a monetary amount or a service, cannot be redeemed for cash.
